Shipping

HAVEN products are made-to-order and usually take 1-4 days to process and ship. We're a small shop but try our best to send things out as quickly as possible. Tracking information will be emailed once your package ships. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us and we promise to reply promptly. 

Returns

HAVEN strives to use the highest quality ingredients to ensure you're happy with the finished product. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we'll gladly accept returns within two weeks of your receiving the item. Unless it's our mistake, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you have an issue, please reach out and we'll take care of you!

HAVEN collects only the personally identifiable information that's voluntarily submitted by visitors to fulfill their orders. We utilize your email for our newsletter only if you've agreed to receive our marketing at checkout. All emails and newsletters from HAVEN allow you to opt out of further mailings. Your personally identifiable information, as well as your payment methods, is always kept secure. The HAVEN site is operated on the trusted Shopify platform to further ensure the security of your information.
